We submit your account information to Enbridge Gas Ohio to initiate the switch from your current supplier.
You’ll receive an auto-generated confirmation email from us letting you know your enrollment info has been sent to Enbridge Gas Ohio.
Within 1 business day, Enbridge reviews and confirms the switch. We’ll be notified of a pending date and then notify you via email with a completed contract when it’s official.

A: BTY Energy is certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to supply natural gas in your area. You can verify our certification on the PUCO website.

A: BTY Energy offers both fixed-rate and variable-rate plans. Fixed-rate plans lock in your price per unit of gas for the contract term, while variable-rate plans may fluctuate based on the market.
A: No. Your local utility will continue to deliver your gas without interruption. Only the company that supplies your gas will change.
A: Nope! We take care of the switch for you.
However, if your current provider charges early termination fees, we recommend confirming your contract status with them first.
A: You will continue to receive a single bill from Enbridge Gas Ohio, which will include both the utility’s delivery charges and BTY Energy’s supply charges.
